Each member of our team has a specialized role in order  to  maximise the quality of our services. We have Specialist Letting Consultants to lease your property quickly; Property Manager s to manage your property and Administrators who make sure that you get your money on time.  We have highly effective systems to minimise arrears including tenants paying rent by direct debit; email; SMS, letter and phone reminders.

Being a landlord herself Adrienne is very much aware of what is required to look after your biggest investment and how important it is to have top quality tenants and regular rental payments.  Adrienne attends to the Trust Account reconciliation on a daily basis, pays our creditors and attends to all data entry of new tenants and properties.  Adrienne is also responsible for paying our Landlords at the end of the month.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Natalie Gonthier

Natalie has her own portfolio over the greater Auckland area.  As Property Manager, Natalie attends to all aspects of Property Management, including Property Inspections, Rent Arrears, Tenancy Hearings, Refixing of Tenancies, Recharges and Maintenance.  Natalie holds her Salesperson License (REAA 2008) and is currently completing her Diploma of Business Studies, Majoring in Real Estate at Massey University.  With these qualifications, Natalie is very well versed in all matters relating to real estate and property management.

Georgia joined our office this year as a full time office Administrator and Personal Assistant.  Georgia also assists with Property Management. Georgia studied Communication and gained a Certificate of Commincation in 2009

Lesley Wills

Licensee Salesperson (REAA 2008) 

Lesley is available to show prospective tenants properties in the Mt Eden, Epsom, Remuera and greater Auckland area, including Auckland CBD.  Our rental list is updated on a daily basis with new listings.  All rental listings are available to view on our website and we also keep a printed rental list in the box on the front door for those who are passing or prefer to call in to our Office.
